    Las Olas Traiteur had the privilege of collaborating closely with Saudi Arabian officials from the GACA – General Authority of Civil Aviation, during a major reception held at the Windsor Ballroom in Montreal, during the 42nd ICAO Assembly.

    This prestigious event highlighted the Kingdom’s leadership in the aviation sector and the 2030 vision for the future of civil air transport.

    Together, we created an exceptional menu inspired by the 10 regions of Saudi Arabia, combining authenticity, refinement, and Montreal culinary expertise.

    The result: more than 1,000 guests gathered for a memorable evening, a symbol of international cooperation, cultural respect, and gastronomic excellence by Las Olas Traiteur.
