We work with an industrial composting network to ensure that all organic waste leaving our kitchens is treated in an environmentally friendly manner.
Compostable packaging
All packaging used is made from compostable fibers such as potato and corn starch, bagasse and cardboard.

We have invested in high-efficiency installations such as energy-efficient ovens, refrigerators and freezers and the use of low-impact refrigerant gases.

Las Olas uses local, seasonal products that minimize the ecological footprint and promote the Quebec economy.
Involvement and awareness
Our team's environmental awareness is always growing, we have implemented measures that reduce our environmental impact such as meals offered to staff that are cooked from returns from events and carpooling opportunities among the team.
